Salam sayang semuanya. Terasa nak bagi tips tuk org move on. Alhamdulillah the strunggle is real but inshaAllah we can do it.
1. Redha.
Bila Kita yakin jodoh Kita dgn someone tuh takat tuh ja. Mungkin dia adalah ujian Kita. ada jodoh x kemana.
2. Block everything about him/her.
It's not so hard since Aku mmg Jenis block2 org yg xberkaitan dgn Aku nih. Block unfollow.hahaha..even stories friend yg mungkin ada pasal dya pun Aku unmute. Kenapa perlu tengok post ex anda yang mcm okay ja takdak kehadiran anda, janji tinggal janji. Thanks kawan2 rapat dengan Aku, xmention psl my ex. No more Weekend well spent with you. anyeong.
3. Delete the memories.
Amboi macam senng ja. Haha. Aku delete habis gambar2 kenangan ber2 dlu. Bila bercinta dgn classmates nih dugaan dya lbh. People keep asking. Boleh x terima ja jawapan " jodoh x kuat ". For me delete gambar2 dgn ex tuh is a must okey. Baik dlm lappy,hp or social media. Harap my ex do the same. Bila putus gambar2 tuh semua just mcm penipuan. Delete lah jangan di imbau.
4. Bangun tengah malam Dan nangis.
Frasa2 heartbroken strunggle Bila terjaga tgh malam n nangis mengenangkan our ex. So instead of nangis kerana dia, Aku alihkan tangisan rindukan Arwah ayah. "Ayah kesian anak ayah kan, rindu ayah, ayah xnak bawa kami sekali ka". Next day, u will feel a lot better.
5. Tempat kenangan indah bersama ex.
Faiz Ibrahim dlm buku 24 Hari move on, dia mcm ambil Masa yg lama nak pergi tempat date dgn ex dya dulu. Pawagam pun. For me, pergi jewla tmpt2 tuh. Pergi dgn org lain. Make new memories. Tambah2 tempat makan pulak, kena la p oii. Kalau tiba2 memories lama datang. Senyum Jew..hahaha. memories tuh Akan jadi x bererti.
6. Pendengar yang baik./ Family
Thanks my friend Shaa. Sudi menjadi pendengar setia. Bab2 perasaan nih, Aku Jenis yg simpan sendiri. Tapi, Shaa nih lain. I can tell her everything. Semestinya dya pendengar yg baik. Good response good advices. Thanks sgt2. Then spent time dgn family mcm selalu. Family will make u feel a lot better. My family include my pets n pokok2 bunga.
7. Busy kan diri dengan aktiviti faedah.
Hah Cari kawan, ajak jln2, travel ka,bersukan,hiking,and etc, elak dri rasa sunyi. Bila leka dgn aktiviti,so Kita pun x teringat ex Kita gittew. Thanks kwn2 yg bgi semangat 😍
That the best tips I can give. To move on you need to be strong mentally and emotionally. ❤️ It's take time, sooner you will be okay. Time will heal everything ( it's not the time, it's yourself )
